The Long Run

I'm not a runner.
I have tried.
My knee won't allow it...so I walk.
A LOT.
(60-80 miles per month)
I know people who run, see them every day...and I admire them so much.
I also admire people who hang in there..."for the long run" in life.
This card is a little "thank you" to those who have been there for me!
Hope it makes you smile.
~Donna K

I'm sharing this card in the Unity Be Inspired Challenge.

The inks are Copic and Memento
The papers are DCWV

  3. LOVE that stamp, Donna. And the way you coloured her is perfect. I'm a walker too... it's a great way to stay in shape... and I can have the extra brownie without feeling guilty! :)

  4. This is a really awesome image and card!! I think your layout is perfect for it! I'm not much of a runner either, but my son was in Cross Country running during his high school and college years. I really enjoyed going to the meets.

  6. Awesome card...love that image! I'm with you on walking rather than running. My son and husband have done the cross country thing when younger. And, husband tried to get me into running, but just didn't stick with it. So, I enjoy walking and riding my bike!:-) Take care and have a great weekend!

  8. I love this image- your card is wonderful! I cannot run to save my life, but I have 2 daughters that run (one hard core) and a hubby that likes to sprint a mile or two - no jogging for him! Love the sentiment as well.
