Inspiration Wednesday with Unity Stamp Company

Hey Everyone!  I'm over on the Unity Stamp Company blog today
with the Inspiration Wednesday post. With Christmas fast approaching I've been working on getting my holiday greetings completed.
I'm a huge fan of vintage and Tierra's sled really took me back.
I remember having a sled like this when I was a girl.
I found this awesome color palatte on Pinterest (winter color palate)  which really helped me keep that old school vibe.
This gorgeous Kit is called Memories Made.

For the background I used the snowflakes from the sentiment kit Poinsettia with Love
Thank you so much for visiting today.  I hope you are feeling inspired.  Don't forget to share your creations with us on the Unity Show and Tell Facebook group page.

I am starting out with the new
Cuddlebug Piggy designed by Tierra Jackson.
What a sweet, sweet image...
As you can see I chose a very simple design basically fussy cutting the piggy
adding some "chicken wire" with a background stamp and Copic Marker to color him in.
There are two darling sentiments in this kit and so many possibilities.

The above card is created using Cuddlebug Bunny.
These images remind me of vintage stuffed animals, so cozy and so darn cute.
I water colored the bunny using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and
created a heart background using the hearts from Let Go and Breathe SMAK kit.
I thought some fun wooden accent pieces would be a nice addition.

there are several freebies offered with required purchase.
Don't you love a cozy vintage snowman?!

Vintage Camera Possibilities Await

Hello...happy Sunday!
I'm on the Unity Stamp Company blog today sharing another reminder about the lovely

Uniquely Unity Collection kit

Possibilities Await

The vintage camera is just gorgeous and perfect for card making or mixed media/scrapbooking projects.

I used Prisma color pencils to highlight the image in white and added brighter colors to the lovely butterfly.  To accent the edges I just used a black Sharpie marker and placed dots randomly.

Take advantage of the Uniquely Unity Collection kits by becoming a member.
Don't forget how much we love to see your work in the
group on Facebook as well.

Have a beautiful day!

Possibilities Await Unity Stamp Company

Hello everyone & Happy FRIDAY!!!  woo woo
I'm over on the Unity blog today sharing a project using this month's
Uniquely Unity Collection kit.
The vintage camera stole my heart.  I was going for a sepia effect using vintage photo distress ink and similar colors in Copic Marker to get the sepia feel.  For the background of my card I used last month's SMAK kit  called Truest Life .....the filmstrip was perfect.

I can imagine so many ways to use this gorgeous kit.  Cards, layouts, mixed media...
definitely lots of possibilities.

Please  share your creations with us on the Unity Show and Tell Page on FB.
We love seeing what you are all up to.

Have a day full of happy!

Fall to Go Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

I'm almost embarrassed to say that this is my VERY first time playing
along with the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. I'm a coffee lover and fall is
right around the corner so it's the perfect time for me to get with the program, right?

What else says coffee and fall than a cup full of Pumpkin Spice anything?
I used Fall to Go to create this card and that stamp is by Unity Stamp Company.

My goal is to create a few more cards to play along this week.  I'm so amazed by
the amount of participation, the creativity AND wonderful sponsors.

Hope you have a great day today...

Fall to Go

Hello everyone...I'm on the Unity Stamp Company Blog today.
It feels like fall in North Carolina today so I thought I'd share this
cozy Fall to Go card with you.
I think this stamp kit is the perfect representation of
Pumpkin Spice Latte.
I used a kraft file folder for the base of my card then stamped the
edges with Archival Black Ink using a stamp from the
I am Who I am kit.
Loosely water coloring using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers added the perfect amount of fall color to my image.
I was trying to play along with the current challenge in the Show and Tell group
on Facebook with my design this week.

I adore the Show and Tell group and encourage you to
become part of the fun.

So much inspiration and helpful tips shared there.

And here's something that really touched my soul regarding fall that I
saw on Pinterest.

Full of Fall {Unity}

Hey there.
I'm sharing a fun project over on the Unity Blog Stamp Company blog today
using one of the recently released stamps for fall called
Full of Fall
Coloring this image was so fun.  You can go crazy with lots of detail or
just add basic colors throughout as I did. The sentiment is just beautiful.
Adding white gel really made the images stand out on the kraft card stock.

Full of Fall

I found a few pieces in the Unity Show and Tell group on Facebook that I'd like to share as well.
Fabulous colors and beautiful inspiration.

Eileen Mathys  created this stunning card with such a pretty background.

And next is Amanda Garrett's card.  Also from the Show and Tell group.
She used fantastic colors as well.

Fabulous job ladies.
I absolutely LOVE the creativity and inspiration found in that group.
Wishing you a beautiful day.

One Happy Life {Unity}

Happy Hump Day!
I'm over on the Unity Stamp Company Blog today sharing my planner page project.
I have had a lot of fun decorating my planner the past few months.
If you didn't see the new Planner Gal stamps you MUST check them out.

I started my August calendar with Planner Gal : One Happy Life.
Her pixie hair is THE cutest.  August is a big birthday month for our family.
I'm excited to get the dates filled in.

Planner Gal : One Happy Life

My Planner is a basic 8.5 X 11 size with a hard cover.
It's made by Mead and I picked it up at Target for only about 9 dollars.  The price was right and I love the size of the calendar blocks, lots of room for writing.

Have a happy day today....
